Damaged or Incorrect Items Only

We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

 

Required Information

To review your request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Full name used for the order
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item

Requests without sufficient evidence may not be processed.

 

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Instead, eligible claims will be resolved through product replacement only.

 

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer replacements for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference
  • Late claims (after 3 days)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery

 

Replacement Process

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement item of the same product.

If the item is out of stock, we may offer an alternative solution at our discretion.

 

Return Instructions

If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
